Profesores nativos
Todos nuestros profesores son licenciados y nativos, con una amplia expreiencia en el mundo de la docencia del “business English”. En English Our Way entendemos que nativo no equivale a saber impartir clases por tanto todos nuestros formadores “viven” de la enseñanza sabiendo explicar los “por qués” del idioma. La mayoría de nuestro equipo lleva trabajando un mínimo de ocho años con nosotros lo que garantiza que nuestra metodología sea siempre la misma, fluida , clara y rápida.

After starting my In-Company Teaching career, here in Madrid in August 2010, I have been able to work with a variety of academies along the way. Big ones, Small ones, Modern ones and Old ones. And of course, as is the norm here, each academy has also had their own selection of Big clients, Small clients, Modern clients and politely put – Traditional clients.
But what sets EnglishOurWay apart from most of the aforementioned academies in Madrid, is simply organisation and customer care. I strongly believe that all of my students are truly important, no matter who they work for or what position they hold in their companies, and I get the same feeling that EnglishOurWay feels the same.
With their own Radio Programme on Capital Radio and an excellent variety of teaching tools and resources, it was very easy for me to change last years working commitments with them, from a mere 5% to around 75% of my working schedule.
I met Alison and she changed my life. I shared my challenge with her and she committed 100% to reach that goal. And we got it!!! How? Alison defined a very aggressive plan composed of intensive weekends, private classes and something that was very important for me, which was to feel that I also had a coacher who guided me in the right way to achieve my objectives. It was very very hard job for both Alison and I. Hundreds of hours talking, listening, writing, and also enjoying but always in English. It was unbelievable the hard journey we walked together, but at the same time we felt very happy and proud with the outcome of that job. Alison’s method was simply perfect. 5 months later, I met the GM of Visa. He interviewed me and said “you are ready to go to London”. Well done!
I’ve been working with English our way exclusively for 12 years. That’s the biggest endorsement I can give. I’ve given classes at many major companies from Vodafone to Visa. English Our way always endeavors to offer block hours and look after their teachers. Many English academies are unreliable when it comes to pay day, English Our Way is not one of them.
