This schedule is a guide and fully adaptable: the days, times, length and content are adjusted to the company’s needs and availability. The intensive course can also be organised over a few hours or a full day, online or in person.

In the in-person format, lunch with the teacher is part of the immersion experience: participants keep using English in a more informal, natural context.

How are the classes structured?
Intensive training adapted to the needs of the company and its participants.
Before starting we analyse the participants’ level, role, sector, goals and needs and design the learning plans and content to concentrate the training on what they really need.
Sessions have speaking as their main focus and combine Business English and general English, with conversations, practical simulations and the terminology of each professional environment. Every session has defined objectives and content.
The teacher adapts the pace and activities, provides continuous correction and reinforces what needs it most, so participants apply what they learn directly to their work.

FUNDAE-subsidised training
Our courses are eligible for FUNDAE subsidies in Spain, so your company can use its available credit to train its employees.
We are registered to deliver company-organised training (formación programada por las empresas), in person and online, and we provide the documentation you need. How the subsidy works.
Cancellation policy
Schedules change in the professional world. That’s why classes can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 working hours’ notice.
Classes cancelled with less than 24 working hours’ notice are charged and cannot be made up.

Does it have to be at the weekend?
No. The weekend is just an example: the intensive course can be organised over a few hours, a full day or several days, depending on the company’s availability.
Can it be online or in person?
Yes, both formats. In person, lunch with the teacher is part of the immersion.
Is it one to one or for a group?
Both: one to one or in groups of up to 4 participants.
Is it adapted to the sector and the role?
Yes. We work on the situations and terminology of your business: meetings, negotiations, presentations, clients, suppliers or international projects.
How are the level and objectives set?
Before starting we carry out a level test and a needs analysis, and with that information we set objectives and design the programme.
Are mistakes corrected during the sessions?
Yes. Continuous correction and the teacher’s feedback are part of the methodology.
