About the course
English for your team, without leaving the office.
At English Our Way we design 100% personalised, speaking-based in-company programmes, so your employees improve their English without leaving their workplace. Classes can be one to one or in groups, with groups of a similar level.
Before starting we assess the students’ level and needs to set objectives and adapt the training to their role, department, sector and real professional situations.
We combine Business English and general English and work on meetings, presentations, negotiations, calls, clients and suppliers, problem solving and other situations from their day-to-day work.
We adapt to your company’s organisation, coordinating schedules, levels, groups and goals to fit the training into the working day.

The programme
What can you expect from this programme?
Our in-company courses are 100% speaking-based and designed for students to use English in a practical way from the very first minute, combining Business English and general English.
We work with situations from their day-to-day work: meetings, presentations, calls, negotiations, clients and suppliers, problem solving and international teams.
It’s not just about acquiring knowledge, but about learning to use it spontaneously when it’s needed. With continuous practice, simulations and the teacher’s correction, students step out of their comfort zone and see results from the early stages.

In Company
Frequently asked questions
Answers to the most common questions about in-company English training.
What is the recommended group size?
Small groups of 4 to 5 students, to encourage participation and make sure everyone practises speaking constantly.
How is each student’s level determined before starting?
With a level test that gives us each student’s starting point and lets us form groups of a similar level, set objectives and adapt the content from the start.
Is the content adapted to the company’s roles and sector?
Yes. We personalise the training according to each student’s or group’s level, role, sector and needs, with Business English and general English and the vocabulary of their day-to-day work.
Do students receive the learning plans before each session?
Yes, in advance, so they know what they will work on and get more out of each session. Each learning plan responds to the objectives set and gives continuity to the learning.
How is progress tracked?
Through continuous follow-up that identifies the areas needing reinforcement and, when the programme requires it, with assessments and progress tests.
Does the company receive information on the students’ progress?
Yes. We provide information on attendance, development and progress, so HR can follow the training and its results.
Are there exercises or tasks outside class?
When appropriate, we suggest exercises to consolidate the vocabulary, grammar and structures worked on in class and keep practising outside it.
Are mistakes corrected during the classes?
Yes. Continuous correction is part of the methodology: grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation, to gain accuracy without losing fluency.
Is grammar covered even though the classes are speaking-based?
Yes, the grammar each student needs to communicate correctly, practised mainly orally and applied to real situations, without turning the session into a traditional grammar class.
Can classes be in person, online or a combination of both?
Yes. We offer in-person, online or hybrid training, one to one or in small groups, adapting the format, schedules and organisation to each company.
What happens if a student’s needs change during the course?
The training adapts throughout the programme: we review the objectives and adapt the learning plans to work on what the student really needs.
When do results start to show?
From the first sessions students acquire tools, vocabulary and resources they can apply in their work, and with practice they gain fluency, accuracy and confidence.
How is it different from a traditional English course?
In-company training adapts to the company’s professional reality: it covers meetings, presentations, calls, negotiations and real conversations, with English that is applied directly at work.
Can the courses be subsidised through FUNDAE?
Yes. Our courses are eligible for FUNDAE subsidies in Spain and we provide the documentation you need. How the subsidy works.
What is the cancellation policy?
Classes can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 working hours’ notice. Cancellations outside that period are charged and cannot be made up.
