Sworn translations are delivered by certified mail.
The client always has 30 days to request a review or correction of the translation. Any changes they wish to make must be communicated in writing.
If style changes are required, English Our Way will need to assess whether this will incur additional costs beyond the budget.
The following are not considered errors: style, errors due to ambiguity in the original text, or terminology used unless the client has provided a specific glossary.
