Short, intensive sessions, tailored to you.
Our phone classes are designed for students who need to keep up and improve their spoken English with short, intensive, fully personalised sessions. They’re ideal if your schedule leaves no time for longer in-person or online classes.
It’s not just talking for the sake of it. Each student works with quarterly objectives and personalised learning plans, so every session has defined content and a defined goal within a structured learning plan.
We combine Business English and general English so you gain fluency, confidence and assurance, broaden your resources and communicate more naturally.
Classes last 20 or 25 minutes, we recommend one or two sessions a week and they are suitable for students from B1 level. You choose the days and times.

100% speaking One to One sessions
One-to-one sessions of 20 or 25 minutes in which you use English intensively throughout the class. With no visual support, you especially develop your ability to listen, understand, react and express yourself with more fluency, confidence and assurance.

It’s not talking for the sake of it
Every session follows objectives and content defined in advance. You don’t just have a conversation with the teacher: you work on vocabulary, expressions, structures and specific situations that are part of a structured learning plan.

Quarterly objectives and learning plans
You work with quarterly objectives and learning plans personalised to your level, needs and progress, so every session has a purpose and there is continuity between classes.
Objectives and learning plans evolve with you: they are reviewed according to your progress to reinforce what needs it most and add new content.

So you handle yourself naturally both in your professional environment and in everyday situations.
We work on calls, meetings, conversations with clients and suppliers, business trips, current affairs and everyday situations, with the vocabulary, expressions and structures of each context.

The classes
How are the classes structured?
Short sessions, with an academic structure behind them.
We start with an oral level test by phone. With the result we adapt the syllabus to what you need: Business English, general English, current affairs or everyday English.
Before each session you receive your learning plan by email, the material you will talk about, so you can prepare it. During the call the teacher gives you continuous correction and, at the end, goes over your mistakes with you and advises you on how to keep improving.

FUNDAE-subsidised training
Our courses are eligible for FUNDAE subsidies in Spain, so your company can use its available credit to train its employees.
We are registered to deliver company-organised training (formación programada por las empresas), in person and online, and we provide the documentation you need. How the subsidy works.
Cancellation policy
Schedules change in the professional world. That’s why classes can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 working hours’ notice.
Classes cancelled with less than 24 working hours’ notice are charged and cannot be made up.

How long do the classes last?
Each session lasts 20 or 25 minutes.
How many classes a week do you recommend?
One or two sessions a week. With that consistency you keep your English alive and make steady progress.
Do I choose my class schedule?
Yes. You choose the days and times of your weekly sessions, Monday to Friday.
Does the teacher send me the material before each class?
Yes. Before each session you receive your learning plan by email with the material and topics you will work on, so you can prepare it.
Are the classes Business English or general English?
Both, depending on your needs: calls, meetings, clients and suppliers, business trips, current affairs and everyday situations.
Are quarterly objectives set?
Yes. You work with quarterly objectives and personalised learning plans that are reviewed according to your progress.
From what level can I take phone classes?
We recommend them from B1 level. If you are below that, we’ll point you towards One to One classes or online classes.
How is my level determined?
With an oral level test by phone. With the result we set your objectives and adapt the syllabus.
What happens if I have to cancel a class?
You can cancel or change it free of charge with at least 24 working hours’ notice. With less notice, the class is charged and cannot be made up.
Can they be subsidised through FUNDAE?
Yes. Our courses are eligible for FUNDAE subsidies in Spain and we provide the documentation you need. How the subsidy works.
