How are the classes structured?
One to One classes designed entirely around you.
Every programme starts with an assessment of the student’s level and needs. With that information we set specific objectives and design a personalised training plan based on their role, sector and the situations in which they use English.
Classes have speaking as their main focus and follow tailored learning plans, combining Business English and general English. And each session can be adapted to what you need at that moment: if you have to prepare an important meeting, presentation or call, we work on it in class.
The teacher provides continuous correction and individual feedback, spots recurring mistakes and regularly reviews objectives and learning plans, so the training progresses with you.

FUNDAE-subsidised training
Our courses are eligible for FUNDAE subsidies in Spain, so your company can use its available credit to train its employees.
We are registered to deliver company-organised training (formación programada por las empresas), in person and online, and we provide the documentation you need. How the subsidy works.
Cancellation policy
Schedules change in the professional world. That’s why classes can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 working hours’ notice.
Classes cancelled with less than 24 working hours’ notice are charged and cannot be made up.

Can I adapt a class’s content if I have a one-off need?
Yes. If you need to prepare a meeting, presentation, negotiation, call or another professional situation, we add it to the learning plan and work on it during the session.
Do the classes combine Business English and general English?
Yes, depending on your needs, so you handle yourself confidently both in specific situations at work and in the everyday conversations of any professional environment.
Is the methodology 100% speaking-based?
Yes. You use English constantly through conversation, practical simulations and real situations; vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation are worked on within that practical context.

How are the level and objectives set?
Before starting we carry out a level test and a needs analysis, and with that information we design your training plan.
