About the course
Learning as a group, at the same pace.
A course that takes care of two key aspects: keeping levels consistent and the group’s shared goals, so all participants progress at the same pace.
It’s the ideal option to make steady progress as a group, improve and keep up your English, and master the concepts you need in any work or general English situation. It suits any level and the classes are 100% personalised.
We recommend 2 or 3 hours a week —for example, two sessions of 1 or 1.5 hours— and groups of 4 or 5 people to keep the right pace.

The programme
What can you expect from this programme?
Our group classes are designed for all students to take an active part and use English from the very first minute, in small groups of a similar level.
Before starting we assess the participants’ level and needs to set specific objectives and learning plans adapted to the group, which we review as they progress.
With a 100% speaking-based methodology that combines Business English and general English, we recreate real situations from everyday professional life: meetings, presentations, negotiations, calls, clients and suppliers, decision-making and international teams.
The group dynamic also helps students learn to listen, react, express opinions, argue and communicate with different people.
What do we work on?
Speaking and fluency
Constant participation for more natural and spontaneous communication.
Business English
Vocabulary, expressions and structures from the participants’ professional environment.
General English

The classes
How are the classes structured?
Classes adapted to each group’s level and needs.
Before starting we assess the participants’ level to create groups of a similar level and set shared goals, and from these we design the learning plans.
Sessions have speaking as their main focus and aim for active participation from all students. The teacher guides the session, encourages interaction and provides continuous correction without breaking the communicative flow of the class.
Grammatical accuracy
The structures you need to communicate well, in a practical, oral and contextualised way.
Vocabulary and expressions
Business English and general English, with the terminology for the group’s level, sector and needs.
Speaking and fluency
Conversations, activities and simulations to gain fluency, ease and confidence.
Listening
Different situations, speakers and accents to understand and react to real English.
Pronunciation and feedback
Pronunciation, intonation and mistakes worked on with feedback and continuous correction.

Frequently asked questions
Answers to the most common questions about our group English classes.
How are the groups formed?
With a level assessment of the participants to create groups of a similar level, also taking into account their needs and professional goals.
Why is it important for groups to be of a similar level?
Working with students of a similar level makes it possible to set shared goals, keep the right pace and encourage everyone to take part.
Are the classes 100% speaking-based?
Yes. Students use English constantly through conversations, activities, practical simulations and real situations; grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and listening are worked on within that context.
Do they combine Business English and general English?
Yes, because both are part of real communication: specific work situations and the English of everyday conversations.
Is the content adapted to the sector and the company?
Yes. The learning plans take into account the participants’ level, sector, roles and needs: meetings, presentations, negotiations, calls, clients and suppliers or whatever is relevant to the group.
Are objectives set for each group?
Yes. We set specific objectives for each group, design the learning plans around them and review them regularly according to the students’ progress.
How do you make sure everyone takes part?
With small groups and a dynamic methodology: the teacher uses conversations, debates and practical simulations so everyone speaks and interacts.
How are students followed up?
Through continuous follow-up of each student’s progress and attendance, which allows us to reinforce what is needed and keep the company informed.
What if a student progresses at a different pace from the group?
The teacher follows each participant within the group dynamic. If there is a significant difference, we analyse the situation and suggest the best option for the student and for the group.
Does the company receive information on the students’ progress?
Yes: the participants’ attendance, follow-up and progress and, when the programme includes them, progress reports for HR.
